Charlie Caddick

Charlie is the newest member of the Gladfish team as a Property Consultant. Before working with Gladfish he completed his RICS accredited degree in Surveying at London Southbank, as working in property has always been his field of experience and knowledge. This degree gave Charlie a better understanding of property at different stages all the way through from planning to construction, legalities, management and the financial aspects. This really added to his overall knowledge and understanding of property on the whole as an investment product and sparked his passion for working in property investment. Alongside with Charlie's passion for property he leads a very active lifestyle, playing rugby for a number of years and touring Italy with his previous team. He loves fitness activities and ensures that he exercise once a day (something the guys in the office rip him for!). Sports and fitness allow him to challenge and push himself. Charlie is from Bath just outside of London, a beautiful quiet city! However, London has been his home now for over 5 years, as he pursues his goals to become established and successful in the property industry.
